Feeling squeezed for time
It's 1 week to Chinese New Year, 2 weeks to my Melbourne trip, I feel like there are soooooo much to do and so little time.
I barely had time to relax and get back to routine since returning from Hong Kong and now our luggages are brought out again. I'm starting to hate packing and unpacking now. Used to be very happy about packing for an impending trip but the Hong Kong and Melbourne trips are space a little close. Now I know why frequent flyers hate living out of the suitcase.
That said, of course I'm still delirious about going to Melbourne. I love Melbourne and have always wanted to go there again. But I'm so busy I have yet to properly plan to spend our time there.
Ryan and I will be joining hubby for his work training in Melbourne for 2 months so I had to pack properly. And there seem a lot of different seasons of apparels needed since Melbourne's weather is infamous for having 4 seasons in a day, for which we had experienced before. Hubby and I went to Great Ocean Road about 10 years old *gasp! so long liao* and we wana go there again cos the whole road trip along the coast is absolutely breathtaking. Amazingly, thought it was summer when we were there, it was freaking cold. And we'll be going to Brisbane at the end of hubby's training, so that means summery beach wear. We've got to pack for spring, summer and autumn! And perhaps one coat or wool sweater if the temperature dips.
My Hong Kong photos are still waiting to get posted up. Got to somehow prepare for Chinese New Year eventhough we'll be flying off on the 5th day of CNY. So many checklists to go through. Things to pack, bills to pay, insurance, food to clear out and to remember not to do a Xiaxue stunt (a-la trip the main breaker therefore shutting power supply to the fridge and returning to find a community [maggots] living in the fridge), suspend services like newspaper and cable tv etc., an exit checklist on thing to do...blah blah blah...
I have hardly had time to update my blog anymore and I don't really have time to do spring cleaning. Ok, got to go now...busy busy....
