Say hello to Aidan

That's Aidan on his birthday!!

Us now...A family of 4!!

Aidan is now 7 weeks old. I'm still in utter bliss with my new baby. He looks just like his big brother, even their weight and height are almost identical. Every day is like deja vu to me because the facial expressions I see on Aidan, I've seen it on Ryan too. The only difference is that Aidan sleeps more than Ryan hence, I guess, we are more rested and less tired this time round.

I think not being a first time parent helps a lot too. And breastfeeding Aidan is a breeze since I'm not clueless like the time I breastfed Ryan.

As for Ryan...he really adores his baby brother! Every day, Ryan wants to hug Aidan, talks to him, reads to him and sings to him. And Ryan is also really thoughtful and protective of his little brother. Recently when we were at a mall and there was a marching band going about the mall. Ryan was really eager to go up front to have a look at the band but then he suddenly changed his mind and asked us to make a detour so that the loud drumming would not wake up Aidan. How sweet and thoughtful is that??!

Oh, btw, a very belated Merry Xmas and Happy 2010!!!
